SINTEF has prepared a working paper on guidelines for a "whole building approach".
COWI Norway and SINTEF have been working on a new metering concept - intelligent energy metering - and are preparing a working paper
on improved metering with input from Trondheim Energiverk and TOBB. TOBB has subsequently installed energy metering at different house
associations.
